A Christmas house for the whole family
Christmas is better when everyone is under one roof. Toft Estate brings together 20, 24 or up to 48 guests in a private estate of historic houses on the edge of the Peak District, with room for the grandparents, the cousins and the dog.
Choose Toft Hall, a 400-year-old manor house for 20, Chels Barn and Toft Barn for 24, or the whole estate for up to 48. It is one of the few big houses to rent for Christmas where the whole family can sit down together, with dining rooms for 20 and 24.
Spend frosty mornings walking from the door, afternoons in the hot tub and evenings round the fire, with logs, linen and heating all included.

Christmas decorations
We want you to arrive to a house that already feels like Christmas.
We put up a Christmas tree and add festive decorations to the dining room and living room before you arrive, so the house is ready to enjoy from the moment you walk in.
Christmas decorations are such a personal choice, so we always recommend bringing your own too. Whether it is the family’s favourite baubles, stockings for the children or a few traditions of your own, add whatever makes Christmas feel like yours.
- Christmas tree provided
