Where to park
All of our houses sit around one courtyard, so space is shared. It’s very rare that there are too many cars for the courtyard, but to keep things easy for everyone we ask each group to park in the area marked for their house.
Find your house below and look for its colour on the map. Please always park facing the building, not parallel to it, as parallel parking takes up much more room.

Blue area
Toft Hall
Park in the blue area marked on the map.
Red area
Chels Barn & Toft Barn (booked together)
Park in the red area. Please don’t park on the grass.
Green area
Chels Barn on its own
Park in the green area. Please don’t park on the grass.
Yellow area
Toft Barn on its own
Park in the yellow area marked on the map.
Booked the whole Toft Estate? The courtyard is all yours, so park in any of the marked areas.
Parking tips
Park nose-in
Always park facing the building rather than parallel to it. It fits far more cars in.
Keep off the grass
Please keep to the hard standing, especially around Chels Barn and Toft Barn.
Overflow parking
If the courtyard is full, use the large concrete area 50 metres before the courtyard, on the left as you come down the drive.
Use Google Maps
Don’t navigate by postcode, as it takes you to a nearby farmhouse. Use our Google Maps pin instead.
Finding us
The postcode won’t bring you to our gate, so please follow our Google Maps pin, which takes you straight down the drive to the courtyard.

Parking FAQs
Is there parking at Toft Estate?
Yes. There is private on-site parking in the courtyard, with a marked area for each house, plus an overflow area on the drive.
Where should I park?
Toft Hall guests use the blue area. Chels Barn and Toft Barn booked together use the red area. Chels Barn on its own uses the green area, and Toft Barn on its own uses the yellow area.
What if the courtyard is full?
There is a large concrete overflow area 50 metres before the courtyard, on the left-hand side as you come down the drive.
Can I park on the grass?
No. Please keep to the hard standing and don’t park on the grass.
Which way should I park?
