Choose the space that suits your guest list: Toft Hall for 20, Chels Barn and Toft Barn for 24, or the whole estate for up to 48. It is one of the most characterful large holiday homes in the Peak District, with a 400-year-old manor house, two hot tubs, a games room, gardens and big views across the Cheshire Plain.
It is self-catering, so you can bring in a private chef, a caterer or a hog roast, add on-site activities and celebrate your way, with no one else on the estate when you book it all.

How many guests can stay for a birthday or celebration?
Up to 48 across the whole estate. Toft Hall sleeps 20, Chels Barn and Toft Barn sleep 24 together, and Toft Nook adds 2 to 4.
Is Toft Estate a party house?
Yes. It is a large group house for birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions and friends’ weekends, with hot tubs, a games room and space to dine together.
Can we bring in a caterer or private chef?
Yes. The estate is self-catering and we can recommend local chefs and caterers.
Are there hot tubs?
Yes, two five-person hot tubs at Toft Hall and Chels Barn. Children under 15 are not allowed in them.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome for £40 per dog.
