A detached stone hideaway that can be added to any booking, or booked on its own.

Pricing & terms
Everything you need to know before you book.
35% deposit
Secures your dates. We don’t take provisional bookings.
Balance
The remaining 65% is due 12 weeks before arrival. We send a reminder a week before.
£1,500 security deposit
Required for every booking, alongside your deposit and balance.
Check-in 4pm
Check-out is 10am.
Extras
- Dogs: £40 per dog
- Early check-in (2pm) or late check-out (12pm): £200, confirmed 2 weeks before arrival
- Tablecloth hire: £20 per booking for a full setting in Toft Hall, Chels Barn or Toft Barn
- Hot tubs: two permanent hot tubs for 5 guests each, at Toft Hall and Chels Barn
How booking works
When you choose your dates you’ll go to Party Houses Europe Ltd, the official booking partner of Toft Estate, to complete your booking securely.
