Pricing and Terms information 

Deposit: 35% to secure your dates (we do not take provisional bookings)

Balance: 65% due 12 weeks before your date of arrival (you’ll receive an automatic reminder a week before)

Security deposit: £1,500

Check-in & check-out times: 4pm – 10am

Extras:

  • Pets: £30 per pet
  • Day guests: £15 per day guest (max 30 extra day guests over the number sleeping and can’t stay past mid-night)
  • Early check-in (2pm) or late check out (12pm): £200 (can only be confirmed 2 weeks advance)
  • Hot Tubs! From January 2023 we will have 2 x permanent installed options, for 5 guests each (1x in Toft Hall, 1 x in Chels Barn). Bookings in 2022 will need to hire out from a third party supplier.
  • Tablecloth Hire Toft Hall – full setting (2 of 70″x108″): £20.00 per booking
  • Tablecloth Hire Chels Barn – full setting (2 of 70″x180″): £20.00 per booking
  • Tablecloth Hire Toft Barn – full setting (2 of 70″x70″): £20.00 per booking
