Up to 48 across the whole estate. Toft Hall sleeps 20, Chels Barn and Toft Barn sleep 24, and Toft Nook adds 2 to 4.
Can we book a chef or entertainment for New Year’s Eve?
Yes. We can recommend private chefs and caterers, and My Event Concierge offers casino nights, murder mysteries and cocktail classes at the estate.
Are there hot tubs?
Yes, two five-person hot tubs at Toft Hall and Chels Barn. Children under 15 are not allowed in them.
Can we bring our dog?

How do we get home or to the station after New Year?
Pre-book Leek Link Taxis on 01538 399999, as Ubers rarely pick up from the estate and there are no direct buses.
